All prints will be packaged in an acid-free, protective sleeve in a large stay flat cardboard envelope or a postal tube.
All canvasses are sent in protective cardboard boxes
Shipping: I use USPS first-class shipping with tracking. The average time would be around 2 weeks. (US, Canada and some European Countries might take less, others might take longer).
All canvases will ship separately with other paper prints. If you order both canvas and paper prints, you will receive separate packages. ONE for canvas, and another for paper print. Canvases will ship directly from US canvas lab.
Please note that because of the high production costs and custom nature of canvas prints, all canvases are non-returnable or non-refundable. If, however, your canvas arrives damaged, please notify me as soon as possible to rectify the issue.
